4.3 Accurate Information
The name, phone number, and payment details you provide when registering must be accurate. Providing false or misleading information gives us the right to make decisions regarding your account. When a withdrawal is requested, identity verification may be carried out using a National Registration Card (NRC) or other recognised identification.
Account Opening and Management
5.1 Opening an Account
You must have a registered account to access all of iwebt's services. When registering, players must enter their accurate personal details and keep their account number and password stored securely.
5.2 Account Security
Each player is responsible for keeping their own account secure. You should never share your account login information with anyone. If someone else accesses and plays from your account, iwebt is not responsible for any losses that result.

5.3 Account Closure
Players can contact iwebt support to close their account at any time. Deposit and Withdrawal Policies
iwebt operates clear and transparent policies for all deposits and withdrawals.
Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: 5,000 Ks (by any method)
- Supported methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, Bank Transfer
- Deposits are added to your account after we have verified them
- Deposits are non-refundable once made — funds already played cannot be returned
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: 20,000 Ks
- Standard withdrawal processing time: within 10 to 45 minutes
- Withdrawals can only be made to the registered payment method on your account
- Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirement has been met
- We reserve the right to reject any withdrawal requests that appear irregular
Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by iwebt are subject to the terms set out in this section.
7.1 Welcome Bonus
iwebt's welcome bonus matches your first deposit at 100%, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks; to withdraw the bonus, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are not ready for withdrawal straight away — you must wager the bonus amount 25 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example — deposit 220,000 Ks, receive 100,000 Ks bonus giving a balance of 320,000 Ks; wagering requirement is 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks.
- Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been completed
- Your cash balance can be withdrawn at any time — cash and bonus wagering are tracked separately
- If bonus funds are used to play counter-strategy games for wagering purposes (such as Baccarat negative progression methods), the bonus may be forfeited
7.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions
Bonuses can only be used on games approved by iwebt. If a bonus period is set, the bonus and any winnings from it may be forfeited after that period expires. Each player can receive the welcome bonus once only. Any further bonuses or promotions will have their own specific terms listed on the relevant promotion page.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
8.1 Player Responsibilities
iwebt's platform must be used only for fair and lawful purposes. Players must avoid the following conduct:
- Hacking the platform's software or games is not allowed
- Colluding with other players to manipulate games is not allowed
- Attempting to abuse bonuses through strategies that do not guarantee a win is not allowed
- Any attempt related to money laundering is not allowed
- Depositing with false information or stolen cards / payment methods is not allowed
8.2 Our Right to Act
If any of the above violations are detected, iwebt reserves the right to forfeit the player's balance, winnings or bonus funds and suspend their account. Withdrawals may be placed on hold while the case is under investigation.
