iwebt Responsible Gaming — Play Safe, Play in Control

Gaming should be about fun. At iwebt, we help ensure a safe environment through personal limits, self-exclusion, and built-in protection tools.

What is Responsible Gaming

A healthy attitude toward gaming and how to put it into practice

While we want every player at iwebt to enjoy themselves, we firmly believe that gaming should remain entertainment and not interfere with everyday life. Always remember that you can lose money, and only play with what you can afford to lose.

Responsible gaming means setting your own limits, managing the time you spend playing, treating losses as an affordable budget rather than something to recover, and knowing where to get help if gaming becomes a problem. Use the tools we provide and enjoy gaming safely.

21+

21 and above only

The iwebt platform is open only to players aged 21 and above. By accessing and playing, you confirm that you are of legal age and are participating of your own free will.

Protection Tools

Protection services provided by iwebt

Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check. Reducing a limit takes effect right away, but increasing one is only allowed after a cooling-off period.

Time-Out

You can temporarily close your account for anywhere between 1 and 30 days. All access and gameplay is fully suspended during this period, giving you a proper break. Contact support to set this up.

Self-Exclusion

If gaming feels out of control, self-exclusion lets you close your account for 3 months or longer. We fully respect this decision.

Gaming History Review

You can check your gameplay records, deposit history, and time spent playing inside your account. Understanding your own patterns helps you make better decisions when needed.

Loss Limits

You can set minimum and maximum weekly or monthly loss limits. Once you reach the limit, you cannot continue playing on your own, which protects against compulsive play.

24/7 Support

If you are unsure how to handle any gaming-related matters, you can contact our live chat in Burmese 24/7. Our support team is ready to help you through proper and legitimate channels.

Problem Gambling Warning Signs

Watch out immediately if any of the following signs appear

  • A strong urge to play even when there is no money to play with
  • Trying to recover losses by gambling more
  • Prioritising gambling time over family, friends or work
  • Continuing to play beyond your budget or finding it hard to stop
  • Accumulating debt due to gambling or experiencing financial pressure
  • Avoiding or hiding the fact that you are gambling
  • Feeling unhappy, highly irritable or emotionally low while playing

🔍 Self-Check — Healthy Player

If you can honestly answer yes to all of the following, you are within healthy gambling boundaries

You understand that gambling is for entertainment only, not a source of income
You set a budget before playing and do not go beyond it
You can accept losses as the cost of entertainment
You can stop whenever you choose to
You put family, work and education ahead of gambling
You decide in advance how long to play and how much to spend, and you stick to it

Practical Tips for Responsible Gambling

Simple habits we encourage all our players to practise

01

Set a budget in advance

Before you play, decide how much you are willing to lose. That amount should not affect your daily needs. Once the budget is gone, stop playing for the day.

02

Set time limits

Take at least a half-hour break for every half hour you play. Long unbroken sessions can reduce your ability to make good decisions. Keep a clock visible while you play.

03

Do not play when you are upset

Avoid gambling when you are sad, angry or under the influence. In those states your judgement is off and you are more likely to lose more.

04

Do not chase your losses

Continuing to play in order to win back what you have lost ("chasing losses") is a key warning sign of problem gambling. Accept the loss and come back another time.

05

Do not treat gambling as a source of income

Slots, live casino and football betting are not a way to earn daily income. Play for fun only, and do not let it affect your livelihood.

06

Be brave enough to seek help

If you are finding it hard to control yourself, contact iwebt support or consult health professionals and medical specialists. Asking for help is a sign of strength.

How to get help

If gambling becomes a problem, don't face it alone

Gambling should be a fun part of life, not a burden that affects it. If you or someone close to you is experiencing problems related to gambling, contact our iwebt support team right away.

Our team is here to help players set personal limits, take a break from their account, and get referred to external professional counsellors for deeper, lasting life changes.

Responsible Gambling FAQ

Questions players ask most often

If you want to lower a limit, it is done immediately. However, if you want to raise one, a cooling-off period (usually 7 days) must pass first. This is to protect players from making poor decisions in the heat of the moment.

You can request to reopen your account only after the full self-exclusion period has ended. Serving the full period makes the protection more effective. Once it is over, contact support and they will help you reopen your account.

iwebt only allows players aged 21 and above. If it is found that a player is under 21, the account will be closed immediately and any winnings from play will not be paid out. We enforce the age limit strictly.

Funds deposited during a time-out and any balance remaining in the account can be withdrawn after the time-out period ends. During the time-out, deposits and gameplay are not permitted.

If you are chasing losses by gambling more, having conflicts with family because of gambling, borrowing money to gamble, unable to stop gambling once you start, or hiding your gambling — if any of these signs apply to you, contact our support right away and use the tools available.

You can reach us 24/7 via iwebt live chat and speak directly in Burmese. You can also send an email to [email protected]. Please note that responses are based on Myanmar Standard Time (UTC+6:30).
